1.2. Purpose

This Legal Notice governs the use of the website xerux.gal (hereinafter, “the Website” or “the Platform”), owned by Xerux Urgencias a Domicilio S.L. (hereinafter, “Xerux”).

1.3. Activity

Xerux is a digital intermediation platform that connects people who need to hire home emergency services (hereinafter, “Customers”) with verified self-employed professionals who offer those services in their area (hereinafter, “Professionals”).

1.4. Nature of the relationship

Xerux acts exclusively as a digital intermediary. The professional services are provided directly between the Customer and the self-employed Professional, who enter into a service agreement independent of Xerux.

Xerux is not a party to that contract, does not provide the services, does not supervise their execution and assumes no responsibility for them, beyond the obligations inherent to its role as an intermediary under applicable regulations.

The Professionals registered on the Platform are independent self-employed workers who carry out their activity on their own account. There is no employment, exclusive commercial or dependent relationship between Xerux and the Professionals.

1.5. Terms of use

Accessing and using the Website implies full acceptance of these terms. Xerux reserves the right to modify the content of the Website and its terms at any time.

1.6. Intellectual and industrial property

All contents of the Website (texts, images, logos, designs, source code, databases and any other element) are the property of Xerux or of third parties who have authorized their use. Their reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without the express authorization of Xerux is prohibited.

The “Xerux” brand and its distinctive signs are owned by Xerux Urgencias a Domicilio S.L.

1.7. Liability

Xerux uses reasonable technical measures to ensure the availability and security of the Website, but does not guarantee its uninterrupted operation or the absence of errors.

Xerux will not be liable for:

• The services provided by the Professionals, whose quality and execution are their sole responsibility.

1.8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. To resolve any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of A Coruña, unless the consumer legislation applicable establishes another jurisdiction.
